Info & FAQ

Class size and expectations:

Average class size: 3 to 5 / Maximum class size: 6

We believe in learning through doing. Classes are hands-on and active. Hand sanitizer and gloves are available and masks are still required. You are welcome to bring pen and paper to take notes. Photos and videos for your own reference are also permitted. There are very few class materials, if any at all, that will be passed out. If you have any specific questions that you would like answered please feel free to write them down and bring them in!

You may get milk or coffee on you and/or your shoes, so please choose your clothing appropriately.

Arriving for class:

Classes will begin on time and introductions normally last 5 to 10 minutes. Please do not arrive any more than 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your class if possible. If you're the opposite of early and find yourself running late it's okay! We will do our best to catch you up when you arrive. Cleaning of equipment and any final questions will begin 15 minutes before the end of class.

Cancellations/Refunds:

If you have to cancel your class: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by emailing us here. We are currently very flexible with refunds and rescheduling.

If we have to cancel or reschedule a class: We know your schedules are busy, so we will do everything we can to keep classes in session. However, classes may need to be cancelled due to instructor illness or personal emergency, equipment malfunction, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances in which we may not be able to provide you with an optimal class experience. In the event that a class must be cancelled, you will be notified as early as possible and you will be given the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a later date.
